The terms “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser/student utilizing our Site(s). The terms “theGraceCathedral.org”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grace Cathedral. We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we see fit. If you violate the terms of this Agreement, you will have your access canceled, and you may be permanently banned from using the Site. You should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.
Please Note: Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to be bound and comply with all of the terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, then you may not use this site.
Use of Materials on this Site
Grace Cathedral grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for you to use this site for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication, upon all of the terms of this User Agreement. This site contains materials and other items relating to Grace Cathedral and its products and services, and similar items from our business partners, licensors, and licensees, and other third parties (collectively, the “Content”). The Content may be in the form of information, text, data, images, graphics, posts, button icons, registered and unregistered trademarks, illustrations, photographs, audio clips, music, sounds, pictures, videos, software, or other forms and formats now known or later invented. In using this site, you must respect the intellectual property rights of Grace Cathedral and others, all as outlined below. Your unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, communications, and other laws, and any such use may result in your personal liability, including potential criminal liability.

Our graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Grace Cathedral. Grace Cathedral’ trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Grace Cathedral, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Grace Cathedral.

Online Shopping
This site offers online capabilities to purchase products, make donations and services (such as memberships). You must be 18 years of age or older to make any such purchases. By ordering a product or service online from Grace Cathedral, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Check our online stores for more information on shipping, and other policies. As to products and services featured on this site, please note that we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and services that appear on this site. However, the colors, dimensions, and details that you see on your computer monitor will vary depending on your equipment, so we cannot guarantee that your equipment will accurately display the details of our products and services. We reserve the right to remove items from our online store or website and change the price without notice. Once a downloadable item is removed from our online store, it will not be available for further downloads. As to services featured on this Website, the terms of those service offerings may be specified in a separate agreement that will be provided to you in connection with the service purchased and will be supplemented by this User Agreement.
Return and Refund Policy
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise from Grace Cathedral Online Store, please contact us within the first 60 days from the date of purchase. Downloading is a fully automated process, and there are no cancellations or refunds possible or granted for downloads. There are also no cancellations or refunds for online course registration payments.
Email Newsletters
This site offers Church members the opportunity to receive email newsletters. These email newsletters are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By subscribing to receive emails from Grace Cathedral, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may subscribe and receive our email newsletters only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your Account
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of My Account and password and for restricting access to your computer; and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under My Account or password. We and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders or cancel enrollment at our sole discretion. We are in no way responsible for any Email Spam protection system blocking the final delivery of email messages from our website, including registration, purchase and download information.
Online Conduct

(ix) Post on or transmitting through the site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. (x) Copy or plagiarize the work of another individual or engage in any type of cheating, to complete assignments, tests, quizzes or any requirements of online Bible study courses.
We reserve the right to remove any content posted that:
1. Is sexual or offensive in nature
2. Promotes false teaching
3. Uses foul, crude or abusive language or contains hate speech
4. Violates any law or regulation
5. Contains spam, advertisements, tries to promote another person, product or ministry or posts that are unoriginal and/or off-topic
6. Is false or misleading in any manner; or
7. Is not in compliance with any of our websites, affiliated websites or social media sites Terms and Conditions.
Investigations, Cooperation with Law Enforcement, Termination of Usage
Grace Cathedral reserves the right, without any limitation whatsoever, to: (i) investigate any suspected breaches of its Website security or its information technology or other systems or networks, (ii) investigate any suspected breaches of this User Agreement, (iii) involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating any such matters, (iv) prosecute violators of this User Agreement to the full extent of the law, (v) discontinue this Website or terminate your access to it at any time, without notice, for any reason and without any obligation to you whatsoever, (vi) we reserve the right to refuse an order from any customer at our sole discretion, and (vii) we reserve the right to cancel a course or refuse any enrollment for any user at our sole discretion.
Privacy and Security
Grace Cathedral must collect certain information in order to operate this site and to fulfill your requests or enable participation in certain online activities. But Grace Cathedral respects the privacy of its visitors and is especially mindful of protecting the privacy of young children visiting our sites. Please review our Privacy Policy. We have adopted reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the personal information under our control. We use Secure Sockets Layer technology to protect credit card data during transmission and adopt careful internal procedures to safeguard this information in our system. Grace Cathedral reserves the right to remove content at Grace Cathedral discretion.
Applicable Law
By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Grace Cathedral.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Summit County, Ohio, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Grace Cathedral’ intellectual property rights, Grace Cathedral may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Ohio, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
