The Information We Collect
At theGraceCathedral.org and our social media sites, you can download, join our mail lists, submit or e-mail a prayer request or question, create a user account, register to receive email newsletters, register to receive other materials. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online products and services by users, to compile reports on the activities within these online products and services and to provide us with further services associated with the use of these online products and services and the use of the internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that Google will truncate the IP address of users within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting the settings to their browser software accordingly.

Giving Page: To donate online you must enter your Name and address as they are registered with your credit card provider or bank. We also ask for your email address and telephone number. Your email address is needed to send you a confirmation of the transaction and to contact yours with any questions concerning it. We ask for your telephone number as a safeguard against fraudulent transactions; this is so that we can contact your for transaction verification if necessary or validate shipping information. If you request that an item is shipped to a different address, this information will be required for the shipping address also, for the above reasons. Our Credit Card Processing occurs directly between the consumer and Rebel Give’s Portico Gateway and never touches our server.
Email newsletters: When you subscribe to receive our email newsletters, we collect only the information needed to email you the newsletters or to receive location-based updates.
When you agree to receive our email newsletter, the information you provide will be used to send you email newsletters, via MailChimp, about the Ministry. Before receiving our email newsletters, you must accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Please note that MailChimp is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Grace Cathedral.

Social Media: When you come to any of our social media pages, we do not collect any data except the aggregated data provided by these companies, which includes metrics such as the number of visits and clicks, impressions, Likes, Shares, Comments, Reach, etc.. We may also collect data about the usage of our tabs or apps, which may include basic web analytics including IP addresses, browser types, the domain the user came from, and their likely country of origin. This anonymous information is aggregated and is not associated with individual users or specific information from their public or private social media profiles. The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when giving a donation to complete that donation and to answer the email we receive. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. This information may also be used to communicate with you through email, postal mailings, and magazines from Grace Cathedral. If you do not want to receive information in these methods, we will remove you from our list. Simply email us. Please provide us with your name and complete address so we can properly remove you from the list.

If you do not wish for us to use your name or picture with your testimony/praise report, you must state this with your submission, and we will not use them.
